SoloCMO Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: August 20, 2026

SoloCMO, LLC respects your control over your data.

This page explains how to:

  • Disconnect your Google account from SoloCMO
  • Revoke SoloCMO's access to Google services
  • Request deletion of your SoloCMO account
  • Request deletion of data associated with connected Google services
  • Understand what information may remain after a deletion request

These instructions apply to the SoloCMO website at https://solocmo.io and the SoloCMO application at https://app.solocmo.io.

1. Disconnecting Your Google Account From SoloCMO

SoloCMO may allow you to connect Google services including:

  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Business Profile
  • Google authentication services
  • Other Google services that you expressly authorize

You may disconnect a connected Google account or property from SoloCMO at any time.

When a Google connection is disconnected, SoloCMO will no longer retrieve new data through that authorization unless you reconnect the account.

Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily delete information that was previously imported into SoloCMO.

If you also want previously stored information deleted, follow the data deletion instructions below.

2. Revoking SoloCMO Access Through Google

You may also revoke SoloCMO's authorization directly through your Google Account.

To do so:

  1. Sign in to your Google Account.
  2. Open your Google Account security settings.
  3. Locate the section for third-party apps and services with account access.
  4. Find SoloCMO.
  5. Select SoloCMO and remove or revoke access.

Revoking access through Google prevents SoloCMO from using that authorization to obtain additional Google data.

Revoking access does not automatically delete information previously stored in your SoloCMO account.

If you want that information deleted as well, submit a deletion request to SoloCMO.

3. Requesting Deletion of Your SoloCMO Data

To request deletion of your SoloCMO account or associated data, email:

info@solocmo.io

Use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your SoloCMO account whenever possible.

Include enough information for us to identify the account or data you want deleted.

For example, you may request:

  • Deletion of your entire SoloCMO account
  • Deletion of a specific client profile
  • Deletion of imported Google data
  • Deletion of generated content
  • Deletion of connected-account information
  • Deletion of other personal information associated with your account

We may need to verify your identity or authority over the account before completing a deletion request.

4. Google Data You May Request to Have Deleted

If you have connected Google services to SoloCMO, your deletion request may include information obtained from those services.

Depending on the integrations you have enabled, this may include:

6. What Happens After You Submit a Request

After receiving a valid deletion request, SoloCMO will review the request and may contact you if additional information is needed to verify your identity, identify the affected account, or clarify the scope of the request.

Once verified, we will process the deletion as promptly as reasonably practicable and within any timeframe required by applicable law.

You will be notified if additional action is required.

7. Information We May Be Required to Retain

Some limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as:

  • Financial and accounting records
  • Tax obligations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security investigations
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legal claims
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Enforcement of our agreements

Information stored in backups may also remain temporarily until those backups are overwritten or deleted through our normal backup-retention processes.

Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated marketing or commercial purposes.

8. Disconnecting an Integration vs. Deleting Data

These are two separate actions.

Disconnecting Google

Stops SoloCMO from retrieving new information through the connected Google authorization.

Deleting Stored Data

Removes eligible information that SoloCMO has already stored in connection with your account.

If you want both actions completed, you should:

  1. Disconnect or revoke SoloCMO's Google access; and
  2. Submit a data deletion request to info@solocmo.io.

9. Deleting a Client's Data

SoloCMO is designed for agencies, consultants, freelancers, and marketers who may manage information on behalf of clients.

If you request deletion of a client's information, we may need to confirm that:

  • You are authorized to manage that client within SoloCMO; and
  • The requested information belongs to or is controlled through your SoloCMO account.

If multiple authorized users or accounts have independent rights to the same information, deletion may be limited to the information associated with your account.

10. Effect of Account Deletion

Deleting your SoloCMO account may permanently remove access to:

  • Client profiles
  • Saved strategies
  • Content
  • Generated materials
  • Reports
  • Historical marketing data
  • Connected integrations
  • Other account information

Deleted information may not be recoverable.

You should export or save any information you want to retain before requesting complete account deletion.
