  • Landing pages

  • SEO recommendations

Google OAuth Information

When you connect a Google account, we may receive identifiers and authorization credentials necessary to maintain the connection.

We use OAuth authorization tokens only to access information and functionality that you have authorized.

We do not ask you to provide your Google password to SoloCMO.

3. Our Use of Google User Data

Information obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing SoloCMO features associated with the account or client property you have connected.

SoloCMO does not sell Google user data.

SoloCMO does not use Google user data for targeted advertising or advertising profiles.

SoloCMO does not transfer Google user data to data brokers or information resellers.

SoloCMO does not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

SoloCMO does not use information received from Google APIs to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Human access to Google user data is restricted and may occur only when reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide support requested or authorized by you;
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical problems;
  • Comply with applicable law or legal process; or
  • Perform internal operations using appropriately aggregated or de-identified information where permitted.

SoloCMO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information you intentionally submit to an AI-powered feature may be processed to generate the requested output.

Depending on the feature, relevant information may be processed by third-party technology providers acting on our behalf.

We seek to limit information shared with service providers to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.

You should not intentionally enter highly sensitive personal information into prompts, client profiles, or generated-content tools unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.

Where Google user data is involved, its use remains subject to the restrictions described in the Our Use of Google User Data section above.

6. Microsoft Clarity and Product Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors and users interact with our website and application.

Clarity may collect information about interactions such as:

  • Clicks
  • Scrolling
  • Mouse movement
  • Navigation
  • Device and browser information
  • Application performance
  • Errors and diagnostic events
  • Session activity

Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies and may provide features such as heatmaps, behavioral analytics, and session replay.

These tools help us identify usability problems, improve application design, troubleshoot errors, and understand how SoloCMO features are used.

We configure analytics tools and application interfaces with the goal of preventing sensitive fields, passwords, authentication credentials, and similar information from being intentionally captured in session recordings.

Microsoft may process information collected through Clarity in accordance with Microsoft's own privacy practices.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics technologies are subject to applicable consent requirements.

SoloCMO and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies.

We also do not use connected Google user data for personalized advertising.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Information stored in backups may remain for a limited period after deletion before being automatically overwritten or removed.

11. Disconnecting Google Services

You may disconnect a connected Google account or property from SoloCMO.

Disconnecting a Google service stops SoloCMO from obtaining new information through that authorization unless you reconnect it.

You may also revoke SoloCMO's access through your Google Account's third-party access settings.

Revoking access does not necessarily delete information previously imported into your SoloCMO account. You may request deletion of that information as described below.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your SoloCMO account and associated personal information by contacting us at:

Where available, deletion may also be requested through account settings within the SoloCMO application.

A deletion request may include:

  • Your SoloCMO account
  • Client profiles associated exclusively with your account
  • Connected-account information
  • Stored Google-derived information
  • Generated content
  • Other personal information associated with your account

We may retain limited information where required or permitted for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Accounting
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Dispute resolution
  • Enforcement of agreements

Disconnecting a third-party account and deleting your SoloCMO account are separate actions.

If you want both access revoked and stored information deleted, you should complete both actions or specifically request both.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

SoloCMO is designed in part for marketing agencies, consultants, freelancers, and other professionals who manage information on behalf of clients.

If you use SoloCMO to process information on behalf of another business:

  • You are responsible for having the necessary authorization to provide that information to SoloCMO;
  • You are responsible for complying with your own contractual and privacy obligations to your clients; and
  • Your clients' information remains associated with the SoloCMO account and permissions through which it was provided.

Where required, separate data-processing terms may apply between SoloCMO and business customers.

SoloCMO is a business and professional marketing platform and is not intended for children under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to SoloCMO, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
